At the moment I am at the 5m length. I would just like another few feet or so but I am not sure if it will cause any problems with the unit or damage it. I am a bit hesitant to try in other words to just add some wire!!

I have a 1658 passive unit hooked up to my system and would like to mount the IR Eye on a distant wall... What I would like to know is am I just able to extend the wires(white cable) for the IR Eye?? Or do I need a whole new wire(white cable) for the eye to function properly. I was hoping I could just crimp or solder on some extra wire of similar gauge

I knew fakes existed just not this good. Can anyone tell me which one was heavier the fake or the real one.... I was unable to tell from the video...

I think they have great products. The whole line integrates excellently with the home. They also have wonderful customer service. It may take them a few times to get it right but they do a great job of it once they do. No complaints here..... My Beocom 2 did have the battery replaced recently and has had a few issues holding a charge. Hoping it is just

At the moment I have a Beolab 2000 in my den connected to a Beosound 4000 in my living room. It works through one single masterlink cable. I wanted to add two more rooms so I purchased two Beolink passive kits. Only one passive kit has the IR eye one does not. Questions Is it possible to hook the one up without the IR eye to power two extra speakers

Yes I only have one Beocom 2 connected to the base. The system only has that Beocom in it. I am having a problem even registering the phone to the base. At the moment it says I have too many handset registered to the base. I have no way of deleting them.

I am trying to reset my base as well but I keep getting that I have too many handset registered to the base. How do I clear the base????? THANX

I just got my Beocom 2 back from service today for a new battery. I had to reset everything to get it to work they had registered it to the base they have in the store. Unfortunately the phone no longer works correctly all I get is "line is busy msg" on the phones display and a busy signal through the ear piece.. ANy ideas or should I send

Would shorting them out be done by just twisting them together???? THANX
