    Master link Junction Box

I am fairly confused by the whole link system.  I have an Overture and a Beolab 2000 hooked via masterlink.  I would like to add my two passive kits to this system.  Is it not possible to just strip the masterlink cable and wire the colors according to the various colors. White to white purple to purple or what ever the colors are?  Would it be possible to use like a punch block terminal that is used for phones or alarms???  I am anxious to get my set up going and am getting antsy!!!

    Hi Striker

In short, the answer is yes.

However if you don't use the normal ML junction box and chosse to splice the wires together, you need to remember to short the pink and stripped blue strands together.

Would shorting them out be done by just twisting them together????
