Heres something else I stumbled on when trying to troubleshoot my screen: I was looking to see if the actual screen behind the fancy bezel still said 'panasonic' and gave me a model number ? Upon removing the bezel i discovered the hidden old Panasonic Left hand side buttons and the 'tape' over the old infer red sensor. BUT ... the screen

As pre previous thread I have aproblem with mu Beovision 4 screen, was just thinking of the possibilities to fix this. One of my ideas would be to upgrade the screen to a Panasonic Full HD screen 1080p, couple of questions though ? 1) Which Panasonic Full HD 1080p screen do B&O use now in the beovision 4 ? 2) If I fit this to my B&O alloy bezel

MMMmmm thanks for the link. according to that my screen is either a fairly cheap fix with a boardor completely knackered due to a plasma leek, just hope its the cheap option !!

sorry some more info on this: I have completely turned off the screen done a full reboot several times. Also checked and reseated all the cables at both the Screen End and at the Beosystem end. Finally I have isolated the fault to definatly be with the screen display. with no Beosystem switched on. I can still see the black error mark.

Need some advice. 2 days ago I noticed a very thin black line in the centre of my screen that ran from the top middle, & half way down the screen, 30 mins later it suddenly expanded and is now a massive black bar on the screen about 5cm wide and 30cm down my screen ! Ive attached a picture of the problem Can anyone advise me on what this could be

Perfect thanks guys for your help, I changed it over to charge on the mains and left it for an hour and it has now started charging.

forgot to mention ..... when i put teh beo5 remote on the charging doc, it is fully recognised and comes up on the display with 'charging' mystery !!

My beo 5 for some reason has stop charging. This seems to be after upgrading to software version 2.2 when it preformed the firmware automatic upgrade to 1.40a . Since then my Battery level always is empty and if I leave iton the charger (i have 2 chargers which both have been tested to work) it will not charge. If i take it off the charger it lasts

I have a Panasonic Plasma in my bedroom that gets the picture signal straight from a hardwired cable from my sky box downstairs whichis all working fine. My problem is my Panasonic does not have the speakers attached. I am wondering is it possible to use a my spare set of Beolab 4000s (which are sadly sat doing nothing at the mo which is a complete

Just a quick update, managed to get it to work. Basically i configured the beolab 3500 to option 2, and have both connections still plugged in. Works perfectly from Beoport software, along with music I can use the photos and N radio. The CLOCK also works (although for some reason the hours are showing wrong at the moment ? ive not worked this out yet
