  • Re: BeoCenter 7000 Questions

Thanks for the information, Yes there are 2 DIN plugs on the front along with the IR window and a loudness button (all recessed below the rosewood veneer) then on the back there are AUX in and out on the hinged connection panel (great design!) along with the speaker and antenna plugs. These 4 RCA jacks...

  • BeoCenter 7000 Questions

I have my eye on a BeoCenter 7000 for sale in a local junk shop for $150 It includes c75 speakers. Eveything works but the Tape deck, it deploys the heads and pinch rollers and then retracts. No remote included. The lid does not stay down as the plastic catch is broken and the spring on the turntable...

  • Re: Tangential tracking turntable

Peter: They do come up. However they were in p-roduction for less time than the 4002 and so there are fewer. They are also complex and some will have been deemed beyond economic repair. The really rare one is the 6000 whuch only comes up infrequently. One turned up at dutch "ebay" if you're...

  • Beogram 1000 setup. Help needed!

I recently bought a Beogram 1000 deck, after some guess work rewiring I had it working perfectly. However, once the needle gets half way through a record it begins to hop skip and jump around. I realise this is a weighting problem, i.e. not enough weight on the needle. I have tried pushing the weight...

  • Re: BG8002 Rosewood surround

Hi You asked what kind of rosewood veneer B&O used for the products. B&O specified to the suppliers: Brazilian High Quality Veneer (Rio Veneer). This is of course veneer made of real wood! In Denmark this information is what veneer suppliers need. I have bought veneer a couple of times with that...
