  • Re: ATv video in link rooms

Seanie, All I can say is when I followed the instructions given in that posting my ATV1 worked on my TV. I got coulour and was able to control it with my Beo4. However I don't think you can do what you hope with having HD output AND SD at the same time. You need to follow the instructions (and read your TV where this says Avant) and maybe set the

  • Re: Beomedia 1. A few questions before mine arrives.

So, my Beomedia 1 arrived last week. It was new “old stock” from a B&O dealer. They were a little worried about “posting” it as opposed to coming in and installing it as it is obviously fairly complicated to set up 100% correctly if you are unsure what you are doing. They had set it up in store so I did not have to run through

Hi Quim, I have managed to get the BM1 up and running by re-installing Beoplayer Software. During re-installation it asks if you own BM1 and you tick the box and it installs. I'll update this thread with the issues I had setting up later this evening! Thank you Stoobie

Not sure about Freeview HD boxes and the BV3 as I don't think you get any gain on a CRT TV. But Humax seems to be very popular :o) Stoobie

It all depends on what you want to spend and what you want the freeview box (STB) to do. Do you want to just "convert" the TV to Freeview or take advantage of Freeview Plus and be able to record and or view another channel at the same time. I live in Devon and our analogue signal was one of the first to be turned off!! I Have a non HD BV5

  • Help needed with IR eye wiring for Beomedia 1 (resolved diagram attached)

I need some help wiring up an IR eye for my Beomedia 1. I have done a search and, whilst I can find wiring diagrams, none match what I need. I have a non HD Beovison 5, which unfortunately cannot control the BM1. I have a spare eye from a project and it is similar to the top one in my diagram below. It's from an unused Beolink Passive - so will
