  • Re: Beovox M150 and Beomaster 6500

It should not be any problems connecting Beovox M150 on to Beomaster 6500. The BM 6500 as a lot of power, even for loudspeakers like M150 and the speakers has effective overload protection. The BM 6500 also have automatic power handling control that prevented overloading. Try!

  • Re: Technical Problem with Beosound 3000

I had the same with BS3000 some years ago. The only thing to do was a new CD-unit. You cannot do it yourself - even if you are very handy.

  • Re: BeoSound 3 - short loud hiss sound between MP3 tracks

Well - You might have a faulty unit - I dont think this hiss is normal on Beosound 3. On Beosound 4 i dont have any noise of any kind when playing SD card. It must be other members who has Beosound 3 and can help you! Or try the Bang & Olufsen homepage: http://www.bang-olufsen.com/beosound3 and go to FAQ. There is something about SD cards.

  • Re: BeoSound 3 - short loud hiss sound between MP3 tracks

BeoSound 3 only supports SD cards up to 2 GB in size from SanDisk. BeoSound 4 (mk. II) supports SD cards up 16 GB. I have the Beosound 4 (mk. II) using different SanDisk SD cards at 2 GB / 4 GB / 8 GB without any hiss. I am using my PC and Windows Media Player with 192 Kbps for "recording" the tracks. Try to format the card and then save some

  • Re: 7220288, Speaker plug, MCL, Din, 3 pin.

  • Re: BeoVox MS150, 8" and 10" drivers bad in both cabinets

Beovox MS150 has - like the other speakers in this serie - an effective overload protection if they get "to much", - so dont worry. With these loudspeakers I would go for the Beomaster 6000 with 2 x 75 W (IHF). In different test at the time in 1981/82 it was in many ways better than Beomaster 8000.

  • Beolab 4 vs. Beolab 4000

Beolab 3
