[quote user="burantek"] Being on a bit of a RF kick, I also picked up a Hasselblad X-Pan and I am looking REAL HARD at a Leica M6 or M6TTL. As there are several M users here, either 6 and/or 8, I am stumbling over glass. My choices are: 1.) Leitz -probably in the f2 range. 2.) Voigtlander (Nokton) -brilliant in f1+ range at great prices! 3

Hi, I have an MX4002 with a freeview box connected to it, and I'd really like to use my Beolink 1000 to use it. Is there a magic box out there which converts a Bang and Olufsen IR signal to a universal one? Because I'd love to use more buttons than SAT to control it, and there are no Beosat RXs out there for love or money.

You need to buy a Passive – Active converter, so the 2500s plug into it, then the red and black leads can be plugged directly into the powerlink clips. Press SOUND, 3 on the Beolink 1000 to switch to the 2500s on EXTERNAL, then SOUND, 1 to switch back. [ =Eternally Withdrawn]

I have and Avant DVD with a set-top box controller. It doesn't have a video recorder, HDR or a DVD2 connected, so the RECORD button isn't used for anything. Can you customise a Beo4 so I don't have to press MENU-8 to control recording on Sky?

We have just bought a used beovision 3 (instead of getting that HD stuff) and had it installed by B&O, who linked everything up, including the sky box which (then) worked on the Beo4 remote. It was fine for a few weeks then it started playing up. The Beo4 has no control over the sky box. The only thing that could be fragile is the remote command
