As I said an embargo i.e. disclosure at a later date is possible but unlikely. Tim
Is anyone here going to this product launch tomorrow? Mind you, if it's invitation only, I wonder if they'll have to sign NDAs.
I'll try to post this again as it appears the server ate it up the first time around. It sort of defeats the objective if you invite the world's media to tell them something
The streaming format of the BBC stations is not supported with the beoplayer. B&O should narrow down their list of stations in their app.
Until the latest update it worked, and the Beeb has not changed the streaming format. The App itself does not need to support the format, iOS5 does. I think the links

That is exactly what I meant by not "working" I tried BBC 2 via Safari on my iPhone and it worked immediately. My BBC widget on my iMac also still works so the problem must be with the App itself. I have also reloaded it, just in case. Lets hope the station list can be updated wihout B&O having to submit to to Apple for review. Tim

None of the BBC radio stations are working :-( Radio 2 is all I use(d) it for.

May be my reasoning is too simplistic, but being an active loudspeaker surely B&O wouldn't give it enough power to do any damage to itself? That would be a bit like building a car with an engine powerful enough to break the driveshaft when you put your foot down. Tim

I have reinstalled it and now I can select from the list of radio stations, although the preset list of favourites is gone. I moved everything across to my new iMac over Christmas perhaps that was the problem. I think there are now more stations than there was when I installed it originally. I just need to redefine a few favourites. Tim

Hello Beoworlders, all the radio stations have disapperared from the BeoPlayer App installed on my iPhone. The favourites list is empty and any attempt to search for stations causes the app to crash. Anyone with the same problem? I only use the app occasionally so I have no idea if this has only happened recently, a couple of weeks ago it worked fine

As the saying goes.. If you have to ask the price...you can't afford it. Tim
