  • STB-C IR adapter

I currently have a single IR blaster which is driven by an Avant. I would like to add a second, so that I can have both a DTD and a Satellite decoder connected at the same time (one on SAT, the other on V.AUX). As I'm planning the layout at the moment, can anyone tell me: are the IR blasters available...

  • HUMAX FOXSAT HD or HDR

I want to buy a Freesat box to work with my Beovision 3. My STB-C has Table 4.25 fitted, and this lists 'HUMAX FOX SAT H' at number 5 as shown below: Does anyone know if this is the 'HUMAX FOXSAT HD' or 'HUMAX FOXSAT HD R '? I would prefer to buy the former but not if I can't...

  • How to make use of STB-C/PUC together with 3rd party units.

A general question if there are any earlier posted articles, blogs, postings that gives a general guideline on how to use either Beo4 or Beo5 - the closest I found was this posting . In my case I'm particular looking for info regarding Samsung BD-C6500 and WD HD Live.

  • STB controller with MX4002

I've just realised (from Wanted Forum) that it is possible to use STB controller with MX4000. Does anyone know: - Is it a in-build or stand along module? - Is it possible to use STB controller with MX4002? Thank you all, Alexander

  • Two STB's with BV3

I have a Beovision 3 32" and in the specs it says that it should be able to control two STB's. So I have tried to set STB (SAT) to my Samsung STB and STB V.AUX to Apple remote. However, regardless of whether the TV is in V.AUX or SAT mode, it just sends either one of the signals. That is, in...

  • Sony DVD control via Beo4

Hi Beoworld, I spotted on a recent post that the latest STB-C DVD list from B&O includes a couple of Sony options - including the RDR-HX1010 dvd and hard disk recorder. Before I get the PUC codes updates, I wondered if anyone has tried contolling one of the more recent Sony recorders using the generic...

  • B&O remote with no STB-C and Freeview Box

Hi, I have an MX4002 with a freeview box connected to it, and I'd really like to use my Beolink 1000 to use it. Is there a magic box out there which converts a Bang and Olufsen IR signal to a universal one? Because I'd love to use more buttons than SAT to control it, and there are no Beosat RXs...

  • Avant and two STBs

Can I use the STB-C in a non-RF Avant VCR to control two STBs, or is this only possible in RF and DVD versions of the Avant? More particularly, I want to use the STB-C to control a satellite receiver on the "decoder" input, rather than the AV-AUX input. This is to make the interface more wife...

  • Beovision 3, sky+ and getting the beo4 remote to work

I have recently moved over the sky+ from virgin as my tv supplier. I was able to operate the Virgin Set-top box via the beo4 remote using the STB-C (infra red lead). However I can't get the remote working working with my sky+ box. Not exactly sure where the sensor is on the front of the sky box....
