Is there anyone in Göteborg for the presentation of the BS5 yesterday ?

yes me and mr anders(son) was there...

and it was  absolutely fantastic,

WANT ONE, WANT ONE, OR TWO....

It was a magic evening with music by our swedish soulking Eric Gadd, in a spectalular showroom in Gothenborg.

And the best of all, we were about 300 persons on this worldpermier, and there were totaly 20 BeoSound 5 workstations to play with after the presentation. So you had all the time you needed to get to know this new musicsystem.

They done it again Bang & Olufsen. An amazing product. It took about 30 sek to learn how to navigate. 

But we had to promiss not to take any pic, sorry. 

But you can tell us how to navigate... and maybe what in your eyes makes it such a good product.

Any word of how can it be used with the remote, or from link rooms.

To keep us waiting, i'll reveal some of the text that will appear on the Beosound 5 on le launch day:

"For “flat” placement on the wall, BeoSound 5 comes with a wall bracket that gives the impression that the cylinder continues into the wall.

Combined wall bracket and table stand. This stand is crafted in glass fiber reinforced polymer and has a surface of black soft touch lacquer. The stand can be mounted in a tilted angle from the wall or mounted on a table.

With your BeoSound 5 you can get a dedicated table stand that, due to its heavy material, can carry BeoSound 5 without having to fix the stand to the table or shelf.

Let BeoSound 5 rest on a floor stand.The tube of the floor stand is made in iron, and the foot is crafted in painted iron, while the tilt bracket is made of zinc."

This isn't fair! I'll have to wait until December 2nd to see it (and Eric Gadd).

I discovered that there's a B&O dealer living in the same apartment building as myself, and he has kindly invited me to the presentation in Stockholm.

Lets put it this way:

 I use Apple both at home and work as photographer

Ofcourse I have iPhone. Apple products are so cool and nice interface

You know iPhone with remote pilot iTunes

So I was little bit sceptical to how BS5 should be

And yesterday I saw it:

BS5 is the coolest gadget I  almost seen in the world

As Hebo said: MUST HAVE!!!!

The interfase is so nice. Navigation is so easy to learn. And the screen is much bigger than I have expected.

We couldent take look at BeoMaster 5.....

In december the shops shall have a demounit.

11 of december it´s a big launch in Copenhagen, so then we will se all specs etc etc

You probably mean November 11, Mr. Anderson? I was told by my dealer that it will be launched in Copenhagen next tuesday.

Looking forward to next friday, november 14. I´m invited to a simular event in Denmark that day. Can´t wait!!

It seems that you can NOT use BM1

I heard that maybe it will get a last update to BM1, and then it will be unsupported

My dealer didn't want to invite me to Malmö this thursday, even if I received a news letter from B&O Sweden with an invitation.

I will remember that when it's time to buy the next B&O.

He claimed they are a new and small shop and only had 10 places at the event. He said I could buy a ticket and he should return to me with the price. He hasn't called yet.

The sad part is that Eric Gadd is my wifes favourite artist. It's always good when SWMBO can get nice feelings about B&O.

I dont think they have only 10 places. But every invited person cost the shop aprox 350SEK

There are still 88 place available!
