Using V.AUX for an audio input

On an Avant RF VCR, I now have inputs on both SAT and V.AUX which are each capable of supplying video+audio or audio alone. I can select audio mode on the SAT input via a Beo4 by selecting AV (by pressing LIST several times), GO, SAT. This then enables the speakers but leaves the screen switched off. I cannot seem to do the same with V.AUX, since AV (via LIST), GO, V.AUX (via LIST), GO switches into the full (video+audio) V.AUX mode. I want to avoid screen-burn when listening to radio stations via V.AUX.

How can I select an audio-only mode on V.AUX?

    Hi Mark,

the command A-V.AUX (via LIST) will do the job. Probably your Beo4 has this command and you can ADD it to your Beo4.

Excellent! I hadn't noticed that option. Thank you.
