Søren Mexico:
Well Søren, looks like you lost your main system.
Hehe
I hurried to move the system back before my Father had bolted it to the place!
My back hurts a little after moving the 30 kg heavy MS150.2's and the 20+ kg Beomaster back and forth
I am driving the 170 kilometres to my B&O specialist to collect my repaired Beomaster 5500 and adjusted Beocord 9000 this weekend, my very first "long" trip, acquired my driver's licence last week. The little Volvo 480 is going for a long spin!

May I suggest that you use the gym more frequently, or move your equipment more frequently

Just a decorative panel (the photo is not good), it divides the spaces and hides the cables.

I like the decorative wall panel. I wish I could find something like it. I have looked with no success.

I like the chema but I am missing a BeoVision ;-)
Finally I have seen an idea how to use the BeoSystem in a setup similar to mine. I guess I need another toy.

I'm a bit curious. Why do you have RCA cables from your devices to the BS3?? And how come you have both a Mac Mini and an Apple TV??

AFAIK, BS3 can not distribute the sound from the digital signal (HDMI) from the four sources (CableTV, PS3, AppleTV and MiniMac) through MasterLink, so it is needed a analog L+R RCA from each one of this source.
The Mac mini:
- manages/stores my media collection (music, movies, videos and photos)
- provides a DVD / CD player (also useful to rip)
- it is a player to AppleTV2 non-supported formats
The AppleTV2:
- provides a nice interface to media library in the Mac Mini
- has a lot of resources to deal with different sources/media and renting resources
- has no storage at all

How does the PUC codes works for Mac Mini and Apple TV? Do you use them at all?
There is something about B&O.....

Ahh, didn't think about that. Thanks for clearing that up.

It is a shame that HDMI can't send via link or that B&O internally in the BS3 can not downscale HDMI. I am using analog signal (video+sound) for 3 HDMI sources (DTV, BM5 and Tvix). Its a struggle to get all those cables stored away in the rear of the BV7 :-)

Hmm, I just came to think about it, the limitation lies in the HDMI, if the sound input to the BS3 was SPDIF, would you then still need additional cables in order to distribute the sound in the link?

AFAIK, BS3 does not convert the digital audio signal (from HDMI or from SPDIF) to analog to be send via MasterLink.
I hope someone has a solution for this or, at least, explain why.
