So the US spec BV8 is now $2900? Does that include the ML and Beo4? I assume that BV10 will be ML. It may have been mentioned, but if it was I missed it sorry. I know we are really jumping the gun.

Does somebody know who is the designer of the new BeoVision 10?

No, the $2,900 is for the television alone. BYOB4. The ML card is an option as well.

We all know it isn´t BV10 but according to Trip it gives us an indication of how it looks. If not, please describe it!

    Re: BV-10 screen sizes

Well it is flat, and has a small frame and speaker underneeth. But the one that said that it looks very much like a BV5/9 are correct. Except it is even more beautiful.... It is going to be such a big hit....

And when I look at thoose pics, I don't see anything beautiful.

By the way, I also meant that it is "nothing like" instead of "not". Sorry about that, I didn't want to sound like a old grumpy guy.

Think BeoVision 5, but a rectangle. The speaker panel will be below the screen and a frame will surround the entire thing. It will be super flat and the frame will be thinner than we're used to with BeoVision 4/5/9. It is not an ornate and complex design, just slim and sleek. Should be a major seller in all markets. The price is truly not to be believed and it gives me great hope that we won't isolate ourselves entirely in the rarified air of six figure custom installations.

Trip, you give me some hope to buy a good tv from B&O this year.

I just can't dream on BV7 et BV4. I don't see value for the money into these products.

Only the BV9 is generating some frustration. If the BV10 is really so close from the BV5 with a competitive price, them it will start the recovery of B&O, like the 911(996) has been for Porsche in 1997, just before an announced death....

It will be an LCD panel, with LED backlighting from Samsung.

No one currently manufactures a 40" LED panel, although a couple of companies have done a great job of confusing consumers who have heard that O-LED is the next big thing, by making them believe they are LED panels.

A 40" B&O LED (however) TV sounds great! If the BV 7-55 will be released well before the BV 10 I guess we won't see the BV 10 before christmas...? Has anyone an idea about the release date?
