Hi, since B&O has changed my DVD to a Blu-Ray (it's a MK III), the tray of the player makes strange noises when opening. The technicians told me that this is not nice, but most of the players do make this sound. It is a mechanical noise as if the tray is beein pulled over some metal bumps internaly...
