• Re: BeoVision 10 sound quality

If the stand still turns with the remote are you sure it is not just that the stand positions programmed into the TV via the menu are incorrect? I.e. all in the centre? If you move the stand to the left and then switch the TV off, does it not turn back?

  • Re: How to Guide – Loewe Individual TV set with B&O speakers

Beo4 isnt a programmable remote but Beo5/6 could be set up to control everything you have as long as they are IR devices, inc your TV. As far as i know, the tuners in the B&O TV range do cover all the bases? My current 10-46 has DVB-T2 (the UK standard for Freeview HD), plus S2 (UK standard for Freesat HD) and Cable inputs - all three. You do need

  • Re: Beolab 9 Buzzing

Im pretty sure adapting your existing cabling should be fine - ithink i have done this before by replacing the old pl ends with mk3 pl ends and simply soldering the newly required mk3 earth to the earth that already existed in the mk2 pl. Check out www.beotech.com for a wiring diagram. Ps i have never heard of or seen purple pl cable before, perhaps

According to official info from B&O there are no plans for a 3D BV10.

  • Re: Sky HD 1TB box problem with IR controller

I have had this issue - pressing the zero digit button switches the box on and off! You could try a different PUC such as Pace Sky+ Or if it is a PIN code issue, try changing your PIN so it doesn't include a zero?
when entering your pin code iinto the control for the movies the tv turns of
I would anticipate
Loewe remote could be programmed for Apple TV codes, so I end up with two (in fact three). Would have been the same with b&o + Apple TV ?
No, you would only ever have one IR remote with B&O - Apple TV is very common with Bang & Olufsen owners, perfectly operated via PUC whether the Apple TV is in the

  • Re: Beolab 9 Buzzing

It does need to be Mark 3 cable if it is an ICEpower loudspeaker - the Mk3 carries an extra earth which will sort that buzzing right out!

  • Re: B&O pricing policy

Some dealers will set their prices higher than others to factor in an anticipated discount offer. Just like how if you go to India to buy a fake watch you could probably negotiate a 70% discount when in reality you are paying the price they wanted in the first place - they just started high to allow for negotiation!

  • Re: Beovision 9 / Beosystem 3 - snow / white noise - what could be the problem?

Have you had the tv inspected by an authorised B&O agent? That really is essential before you can really know the cause of and cure for the problem. I have not seen this issue on any plasma products myself. I do have experience of replacing plasma panels with Panasonic supplied non B&O screens - the biggest problem was that they do not come

  • Re: B&O pricing policy

I'm amazed you have had no price increase since 2010 - currency fluctuations have hammered UK pricing over the past couple of years. Each dealer is free to set their own pricing, it's not a B&O policy. However based on the cost of the product tithe dealer and the overheads of operating a dealership - combined with very tight margins and
