Has anyone had knowledge or experience of the DeToma A800 sub? It appears reasonably compatible with B&O but how compatible is it? Price?

If I put a non B&O active sub onto the sub socket on the dolby digital with a powerlink to RCA connection will things work satisfactorily,

Massimo, I am feeling particularly B&O cynical today after suffering really poor service from my B&O dealer. The truth is that there isn't any reason why you should - thats the pure honest truth. At the present I am considering a non-b&O active sub and a non B&O 26" (probably Samsung) for my bedroom. If you don't think you

Thanks David -- good point. However there is no harm in getting a bit of the background before you start doing the demos. If it hadn't been for this site I would not have known about the slight boominess when in music mode. Now I know about it I can listen for it and instead of rejecting the product can suggest that its turned down. I can afford

I can get DTV and TV and DVD -- But Aggghhh there is the change. Today I have connected a DVD1 to this system. I can assure you that nothing else has

I risk the repetition of the point that I raised on another thread and of upsetting members which I truly do not mean to do There is always something better in this game. If depth is required from a set of 8000's the suggestion that Beolab 5's would be better than 8000's and a subwoofer is not exactly helpful. I am sure that £10,000

I wont allow myself to speak for js since I have no right too. However I too have a pair of 8000 and am looking to enhance the bass a little. However I am not sure that I can jump from that to a pair of 9's. The cost of 9's in my local dealership is £6000 against an £1850 odd for a BL2. Now I know from recent threads that there are
