I have a BC2300 in the same room as a BV6-26. The two 8000's are connected to the BV6-26. Till today all was fine I could hit CD and get CD -- I could hit radio and get radio and now nothing happens! I can get DTV and TV and DVD -- But Aggghhh there is the change. Today I have connected a DVD1 to this system. I can assure you that nothing else has changed and I get no response from either radio or cd in the main room but they work in the link rooms. I cannot get DVD sound in the link rooms. I know I know V-opt & A-opt -- I have re-set these and they are set to 1. Any ideas?

 

Many thanks in anticipation. I know the CD is not so critical now I have the DVD but the radio is very critical. Running on DTV 704 as a short term solution bu thats not the answer!

Tried that but no response. Can still get radio in the link rooms but not in the main room.

Sorry about that-- Had unplugged something this afternoon and had forgotten. However didn't know about the Vopt2 Aopt 0  so thanks very much.

I know -- I am 60 this year and some of the brain cells are just beginning to die of exhaustion after years of struggling with some of B&O's internal machinations!
