As a strong Apple non-fanboy, I must give props to whomever created the program between BeoPort and Mac. Yesterday, I did my second Apple/BeoPort install, and I was pretty nervous (never having used Apple). I can install a BeoPort correctly on PC in about 20 minutes. I installed BeoPort on Mac in about 4 minutes, if you count starting the machine up

Here is a nice article that describes the North/Central America version of BeoVision 7. http://www.hdtvsolutions.com/BangOlufsenBeoVision7-40Review.htm

XXX XXX, internationally known for their corporate design, sold very similar looking corporate graphics to a Scandinavian and a Thai oil company. Imagine the surprise of the Scandinavian management when they arrived in Thailand for a conference and saw numerous gas stations that looked uncomfortably similar to their own - and imagine their fury when

apple stores in the US are selling something similar branded by Nike.

With BeoPort you can use your Beo4 to control the music on your hard drive and internet radio via the sensor on your BV7. $500 US and some masterlink. I think it is a great Bang & Olufsen value. I rip MP3s at 192 encoded with LAME with outstanding results. I have over 100 CDs on my laptop. BeoMedia stores all your music and digital pictures on its

By flash memory, I intended to say via SD card. I agree that memory should be transportable. 32g on a flash card this year is good stuff.
-
Flash memory is already on the market at 8g and testing at 32g. Prediction: Hard drives on portable devices will be a thing of the past in 5 years. Unless, of course, you want your customers' machine to break every year or so.
