i always found thr picture on the BV7 to be darker than CRT televisions when a dark scene is on a program / film i went into the shop and copied there brightness and contrast and colour settings from the TV if you are using a HD sourse then you can press menu and it will bring up the brighness and other options to brighten it a little. i dont know my

hello i know your problem i had this and its so annoying after restart and turn off and on etc it needs the pin putting in go to TV mode and it will ask for the pin it did my head in for hours as if you select DTV it does not ask for pin but the screen comes on and you can control volume but no other controls. it wants the pin, this caught me out twice

two questions really 1) how can i change my email that i use for beoworld as when i go to update profile it does not have the option to change email address??? 2) Is beoworld doing email forwarding again?

Hello Everyone i have the stragnest problem when i put my sky HD box on channel Discovery H&Health the back speakers switch on and off coninually, it only does it with this channel and if you take out the coax lead it still does it. the only way to watch this channel is to tell the BV7 that it does not have back speakers connected to it. Weird Weird
