Hi! I assume you mean AppleTV. They will not work together. AppleTV shall be seen as a link between your Mac or PC (and iTunes) and a LCD/Plasma screen. You cannot feed Apple TV with a TV signal from e.g. Beoport since that is an RF signal through coax. I assume you want to be able to get TV signal from your BV6 to your Mac with monitor. You will be

I think the dealer did the right thing, actually, given the input. What I had: Old Beocom 2, with the charger and base combined in one unit. I used only as a base since I have a wall charger. What I wanted: Add a Beocom 6000 handset as second handset, and being able to do internal calls and share phone book. Wanted to keep my old Beocom 2. What I got

Case Closed! Had the base replaced at the dealer today. No fuzz. (I was just happy that it was not me that did something wrong) Works like a charm now. Looking forward to adding my Beocom 2 as second handset, when it arrives form upgrade next week. Cheers / Claes PS I´m not too sure that the base you mention is actually sold in Sweden. DS

Would the handset register to the base if the socket to the telephone line was unplugged?

  • BC 6000 cannot register to Base

Hi, just got home to install my new Beocom 6000 with PSTN base. Install in exactly the ame telephone socket where my old Beocom 2 base was installed. Nothing happens. Handset cannot find base. I have followed the instructions to pusch that little thing on the base to make it open for registration. Any hints?
