Ah, I had a feeling it was something like this. Any idea where the battery is on a 9500, if it's a simple battery swap I could do this (if it's soldered in, then I'll take it in) thanks

Hello, I have been given a beocenter 9500, which has never been used, and is still in it's original box, with instructions etc. I plug it in, and it says CODE, I've read a bit round here, and found out about putting a code in via the handset, but this didn't work. coming back to the forum, people mentioned looking for a pin to short, found

Ah, thats good to know. One last question, my 9500 is displaying code, when I turn it on. I found this page http://www.beoworld.org/faq_view.asp?id=76, and have tried to do this, but it won't work I assume I need to replace the battery, but where is it. thanks for all the help so far regards Kevin

Hi, I have just been given a 9500, and am trying to figure out how to connect speakers to it. I have the manual, but all it says about is how to use the system, not how to set it up. The model I have says it was made in 1986 if that makes a difference. I already have some good speakers I was planning on using, I can't figure out how to hook them
