Hi Steve, I'm not the most technically accomplished person in the world but I'd have a go if it was simple enough, the old cable is installed in the deck but the plug has been cut off at the end, whichever is the simplest method would suit me (and my ability) best..

Thanks Tony, where is Sounds Heavenly? I'm in the UK. Do they have a website?

I've just bought a Beocord 3500 cassette deck which is in great nik except the din plug lead has been severed, I wondered how hard it would be to replace the lead if anyone can help. Also does anyone know if it's possible to convert it to normal RCA leads for use with a non B&O amp? Any help or advice is greatly appreciated.

How do I get it to play a twelve inch at 45rpm without physically moving the arm back to the start of the twelve inch record? Or does it not have

This is all I need to finish this deck off, can anybody help? I'm in the isle of Man, UK.

Hello again, I finally had the time this week to have a look at this deck and it proved a complete success, all done in ten minutes I'm well chuffed! thanks to Craig for the thread which was exactly the problem the deck had. It now works perfectly and I was really impressed with the sound, I expected it to be good but it really is very good indeed
