Hi Henrik, I had exactly the same problem, I extended my USB last year by just a metre, and the red lamp would start blinking. It took me ages to find out that was the problem! You need to use a powered USB extention lead even for such a small distance. Best wishes, Paul

Stan, Actually it was no good for me either, and after a couple of days I have reverted back to the original set up. Like you the fact that it would not distribute N.Music to link rooms I found annoying, and for some strange reason, when listening to CD's or Radio from the BS9000 via the BS5 the whole system would switch off after half an hour.

Hi Griebel, The current software version is still 5.02, the latest update (mine updated itself last week) changed the BS5/BM5 Application from version 4.01.01.1084 to version 4.02.01.1291 and the BM ML Firmware from version 2.25 to version 2.27. It maybe that your BS5 has already updated itself automatically, but you may have missed the changes above
