  • Re: Weak video link signal

Hi, Bart! The LINK-frequency will change on the MX - as per magic!! I have this setup myself with a MX4002 in the bedroom and AVANT in the living room. Just change the LINK-frequency on the AVANT and then start the MX on one of the linked sources (DVD, HDR, cable-box) - there is no need to change anything on the MX. I have done this several times, so

Hello! The modulator should be off - when using a B&O television, it will go on automatically. If you use a non B&O television, it should be on - that is, it will always send a signal. It doesen't matter in your setup wether it is on or off. When changing the link frequency on the Avant, the MX will "follow it" automatically. You

  • Link distribution from Beovision 10

Hi, all! I'm eagerly awaiting the arrival of my new Beovison 10 with internal DVB HD. A Samsung BD D7500 blueray-player is also on the way. It will be set up with a RF amplifier for distribution on my ML-system. My old Avant of course distributed all TV-channels (from an external set-top box controlled via PUC) and DVD-signals to the link-rooms

  • Re: LinkPlayer Feedback Thread

Seems there are a couple of possible solutions here - thanks again for your comments and clarifications! I will consider the options, and maybe try out the "old audiomaster solution" first! Morten

Thanks Spiros and Phil for your comments and replies! So no video in the study, either? If I understand correctly, then, to get the full two-way features with audiomaster- and videomaster-sources on the MAC and N.MUSIC/N.RADIO throughout the house, I have to get a new audiomaster in the living room? Since I watch the news (from the cable decoder controlled

Vintage Audiomaster compatability: I have used Beoport for many years, enjoying video and audio from my living room in the study. But I have been hesitant to replace my BC2300 to get N.MUSIC and N.RADIO trough the house. Now I see a solution, since I'm about to change from PC to MAC! On the Configuration page where the setup for Vintage Compatability

    I'm using a PC, and BeoPort won't find/play m4a...?

  • Advice on software update and using iTunes

Dear friends, I have for a long time postponed updating my BeoPort software - dreading errors, USB-conflicts etc. The information is a bit scarce on the B&O-site, so can anyone please advice me - shall I uninstall my current Beoport first and remove the USB-connection before installing the new software? Or can I just start the downloaded .exe-file

Morten
