Thanks guys, got them. For the sake of others searching for this: the 2009 Variant of Sky+ has the IR receiver immediately to the right of the row of buttons on the front. the PACE Sky Box DS445 i.e the curvy one, has the IR receiver where the envelope or mail symbol is.

I have just upgraded to Sky+ from NTL and I don't know where the IR receiver on the Sky+ box is located for the STB-C. Same question for the new style standard Pace Sky box (as I got multiroom) ? Anyone know how to get Stereo sound on a TV in a link room that is using a SAT/DTV source from a main room. Selecting Link-AV and SAT/DTV activates stereo, but how do I get stereo by default ?

When I use my Beovision 6-22 with an NTL (Pace cheapie box) STB, I am getting a lip sync problem. The Beovision works fine with an analogue signal. While I suspect the NTL box is the cause, I have another Avant that is using a similar NTL box without any issues.
