If i had an eq or amp hooked into this socket it would work, but

I have the Beocenter 9500 and it has extremely low volume. Any Ideas on what it may be?

I Have the Beocenter 9500 and it has extremely low volume. Does anyone know what the cause may be? I think it may be the mute relay as at first it was cutting the volume completely off Even at the extremely low level it is at, but then after clicking it a few times to test it, the volume now does not change. Still hear the clicking sound of the relay
