a b&o dealer may be able to source you the plug... prob cheap!
in the meantime, if you want to jump it...
you should have a typical 5 pin DIN female socket staring at you.
orient yourself so that the keyway is at 6:00. working clockswise from 6:00, we'll call them pin 1-5.
at 8:30 is pin 1 / 10:30 is pin 2 / 12:00 is pin 3 / 1:30 is pin 4 / 3:30 is pin 5
jump pin 1 to pin 5 / jump pin 2 to pin 4 / pin 3 is open
the answer to your other q is: the mute only functions on spk1. after jumping, you still don't have sound... then mute relay is bad. move the speakers to spk2 and try again... MAKE SURE VOLUME IS DOWN (stored low).
