I have a seven year old Beo 4 remote which has frozen. I have replaced the batteries, although no message was displayed to say these had run out. Does anyone know of a solution to this - is there a hard reset button? Many thanks

Ordered mine today. Wife is too upset with having to make sure that V.AUX is in the "remote window" . Worth the 200 euros to make her happy
