    Frozen Beo 4 remote

I have a seven year old Beo 4 remote which has frozen. I have replaced the batteries, although no message was displayed to say these had run out.

Does anyone know of a solution to this - is there a hard reset button?

    Many thanks

    A sticky button perhaps?

    There is no hard reset.

Problem occurs frequently with heavy used Beo-4. Although very sturdy and reliable they are not continuing forever. Solution is a new print inside. Costs about 80-90 euros depending on actual type of Beo4

Don't know if they still have the exchange program.

Bring it to a service center and they used to be able to change them for a fee.
