"Locking" the arm on a Beogram 1203 for transit

Is this possible, and if so how ?

    Cheers

Don't think it is. The arm will not lower but will swing. I would suggest a piece of foam rubber under the arm and some good tape.

On the part where the arm rests when not in use. Does it have a Black plastic piece. If it does it should pull out and lock the arm in place. This is how the BG1200 works.

The 1202 and 1203 differ considerably from the 1200. The 1202 (the one to have!) is really pretty similar to the Beogram 3000 and lost the arm support you are talking about. I think the 1203 was more like the Beogram 2000 and so was not quite so advanced and was cheaper to produce. I don't think it had a peg either.

Had a Beogram 1200 for a while, thought the 1203 was almost identical.  Obviously not.
