Re: Problem Beo5 connect with pc

Please, sorry for my english, it's not my language.

I'll try to help you, i got the same problem. Try this:

    - Turn off your Beo5 pressing and holding the central button.

    - Place the Beo5 in its support, it will be connected in a second.

-After this, the pc will recognize it. If not, i think you know how to install drivers for a new hardware. Drivers are in a folder after programm is installed. There is a file called driverinstaller.exe, i clicked it, but i don't know if it is needed, because i made a lot of tests.

I hope it will help you.

     Regards

    Quim

I would uninstall the software completely and then re-install.

B&O have released a software patch today for the Beo5 config tool - one area the patch focuses on is the connections issues with PCs.

It also improves handling logos and adds some new DVD controllers and STBs.
