Any reccomendations on bass settings given the following placement?

Right beolab 9 is in a corner with the setting set at corner.

Left speaker is same distance from rear wall as right speaker and same distance from corner,  but the corner it is near is a 45 degree corner. On the 45 degree wall adjacent to the speaker is a fireplace with a small amount of tile around it and glass over the firebox. I know ultimatley it is a matter of taste and what sounds good to us but would welcome any opinions.

Try the different settings and placements out and listen until you're happy (maybe even do whet the listening panal does, and go to a live performance during this time of figuring out how you want the sound to be) , i'd firstly try both on corner, your living room sounds exactly like mine!
