Hi Andrew this isn't a fault but change in atmospheric conditions. We often see this on sets delivered to the store at this time of year when it's cold! If they go straight on the shopfloor and we power them up the condensation appears. The thing to do is put the TV in a warmer environment, then turn on the set on. Use a couple of plastic levers to prise the glass AR screen slightly forward and after 5 minutes it disappears, instead of the plastic levers do it by hand.
