    The short answer is "YES"

    The long answer is that there are several products on the market which can achieve your objective.

    The Product you will see most often quoted is Lintronics HERE who are also an offical B&O business partner.

    Other products such as IRtrans apparently work well, but I have never had a need to use this product, but I know that many members do use it without problems.
