Nio:
I wanna buy two BeoLab 8002 and something Beo.... for my 30 birthday today ...
should I get a BeoSound 5 + BeoMaster 5 or the newer and cheaper BeoSound 5 Encore? Or something else?
Please tell me. .-)
Invest in speakers that will last you to your 40th ... 50th ... and maybe 60th birhdays
As a source for the speakers you have a challenge because of the restructuring of the product lines (as indicated above by the current differences between two flavours of the BeoSound 5).
So given this challenge, and that you want to integrate with an up-to-date BeoVision in 2 years time, why not think outside the box ?
Here are two thoughts / ideas:
- Buy a recent era BeoSound from eBay - you will save money and it will support your Beolab 8002s; when you want to buy into the new era of B&O you can resell the eBay device back to eBay
- Buy a BeoPort (even better off eBay!) and use your PC as an interim source
First B&O (1976) was a Beogram 1500 ... latest (2011) change has been to couple the BL11 with the BL6Ks *sounds superb*
