Is Beolink 5000 ok for a beomaster 7000? or is it necessary other beolink? Thanks

The BL5000 will be fine with a BM7000 & offer 2 way communication - right up until the point where you accidentally drop it & it stops working, they aren't particularly robust I'm afraid.

Other options are :- Beolink 1000, MCP6500/5500, Beo4/5/6 & of course the Beolink 7000.

I have one comment regarding the other options. With Beo4 it is not possible to tune the BeoMaster 7000, since the function TUNE or GOTO is not in the LIST functions under Audio!

Actually it is possible, but it requires a trick with option 2 (so the Beomaster follows the video mode TUNE command) and is quite annoying:

Anyway, everybody should have at least one Beolink 1000!

And if you have all your favorite stations stored as presets it's no problem to tune it with a Beo4.

That's not tuning, that's changing presets! I mean if you want to search for a station and store it on a preset.

I knew the Option 2 solution, but that's not a very user friendly solution. I'd go for a BeoLink 1000!
