You should contact B&O, they will be able to help you with the code for your system.
Bring proof of purchase and it will be no problem.

And in danish;
B&O i f.eks. Esbjerg (Gl. Vardevej 237) vil helt sikkert kunne hjælpe dig med koden til dit B&O system.
Husk at medbringe købskvittering etc. så er det en smal sag.
