The CD Memory on my BeoSound 3200 will not load, when I press the memory button, the message 'Loading' is displayed and nothing else happens, does anyone have any suggestions/knowledge to rectify this, thanks in anticipation AR

Try to unplug your 3200 from the mains let it be unplugged for 45 sec and plug it in

again and see if it works if i do not work i don't remember if there is a backupbatteri

inside the 3200 if there is try to change it
