The beo5 (latest firmware & software) works fine with the Samsung H360 connected to BV7-32, except for the guide "button". Nothing happens.

Anybody having the same problem and/or knows a solution (manually reprogramming IR codes?)?

 

You have to reprogram the guide button manualy. You dan get the guide whit go 9. the beo 5 adres must be dtv i think. If it don't work send me an pm and i take a look in mij own beo5. It works fine here

Following up an old lead.

Apparently in the configuration software there is only the name 9, but not the actual code for 9. Changing the IR-code to CIFFER-9 makes it happen.
