Hi,

My beovision Avant 28 is not showing blue in on the screen, ie, red and green, but no blue. Is the tube dead?

Is the tube expensive to replace? is it a B&O tube or is it manufactured by another brand?

Before you jump to the conclusion of the tube being at fault, is the blue totally missing ?

Generally speaking if the tube goes on one gun it starts to degrade over a period of time, has this happened ?

If the blue just suddenly went one day completely, then it could just be a fault in the driver circuit which can be fixed at a more modest price.

Whichever it is, this is a dealer repair job..
