I have repaired a lot of these BL7000, usually exchanging the caps and cleaning the board and then everything is ok. But some of these BL7000 have something else i still dont know.
I have also replaced additionally the battery and the lithium cell. It worked some days, then it stopped again. Some weeks later it began to work as if nothing ever happened, 100% perfect, for some weeks... then it stopped again... and so on
I have 4 of these BL7000, 3 are repaired, 2 of these work now for some years perfect, absolutely no problem... but number 3 makes trouble all the time. I think, there is still some acid under a chip that makes a shortcut of a signal.
B&O has never released any service manual, showing the details of the BL7000. Just how to exchange the boards and the disassembly.
