I am new to this forum, but have been an avid B&O fan and customer for 11 years now.  I love the product, but can not say it is very "user friendly" in terms of troubleshooting.  So, here is my issue.  I have a BeoSystem 2, running through a BeoSystem1.  The system was working fine, but now when I select DVD, the red indicator light of the BS2 goes off, but nothing happens, no video, no sound, nothing.  The BS2 also will not open to allow me to remove the DVD that is currently in there.  I have checked and re-checked all the connections, unplugged the BS1 and plugged it back in (a routine I have found to work in other instances), but nothing works.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
