Just replaced my BL 4000's with a BL3's for my homecomputer- however when connecting there is a "humming" coming out of the tweeter - this wasn't the case for my BL 4000's

 I'm using the old cable as i didn't want to reroute the cable - could it be that i need to get newer versions of the cables that are shielded? Think i read something about this prior but wanted to check first if anyone else have had the same problem

If re-routing the cable is hard to do, and if your speakers are not daisy-chained, you have the possibility, to change the plugs.

For you right speaker, the brown wire (left signal) is not used, and you can use this wire for the ice-power. Same story for your left speaker, but this is the green wire (right signal).
