Does anybody know where to get a LUTRON Grafik Eye (for B&O use) in the US?  I can only find retailers in Europe.  Thank you.

    Re: Light Control

Any of your local B&O dealers that sell Lutron can get it for you. I think they are still $1,000. Let me know if you can't find one.

    Re: Light Control

As Joe has said you can get them from your B&O dealer because of the agreement between the two company's in support of the BeoLiving product. If for any reason your US dealer is not willing or able to sell you a Lutron controller, then I would call the Lutron in the US on 1-800 523 9466 or (610) 282 3800

Has anybody ever considered using the Lutron Grafik Eye as a stand alone device instead of building it into the wall?  I would connect a couple floor or side table lamps to it.  Crazy idea?

    Re: Light Control

The Lutron Grafik unit itself does not actually have to be in the same room as the lights it controls provided it is connected to a wall station in the room via a 4 core low voltage. Below is a UK style Lutron wall station which fits directly into a standard UK switch box. The wall units is available in US and European standard as well. So it is possible if you wish to have the lutron control unit actually controlling lights in more than one room. It also means that you can buy a standard non B&O Grafik Eye at a lower cost and connect it to B&O compatible wall stations.

    Lutron Wall Station

Thought about that too after I saw a Lutron on the Wall in the NYC Columbus Ave store.  I think it's possible, it's just very ugly to look at and difficult to hide with all the cabling. Wouldn't do it personally.
