    "TV/AUX" TO "TV/AUX" FINALLY ~~~~~~

Finally, I've made a "Paint" document of what i'm wanting to do and it's clear....

The one solution to my problem is if I could connect the "TV/AUX" out of an AV 7000 to a "T" and one end to the "TV/AUX" of the Beocenter 9500 and the other end to a Beolink Converter on to a Masterlink system...

    Is this possible??

Yes, the Aux connection of your TV will be a Datalink (7 pin) connection.

Thanks Craig...my big question is this...can I treat the TV/AUX ...7 pin Datalink cable LIKE a (masterlink).....in that..

I want to connect 3 items togther...AV 7000, Beocenter 9500 and a Beolink Converter...that then connects on to a ML system..????

    Hi Stig...thanks...in total...what would happen???

For instance...i'd be on FLOOR 2 with the Beocenter 9500 with the remote...the AV7000 , converter, to ML to Beosound 9000 would be downstairs..

SO...only 1 master would see the remote at a time....does that make a difference...

     THanks,

it will not work the BS9000 is also a master unless it's in option 5 or 6, so thats 3 masters (if the AV7000 is a master) on 1 link, there can only bee one master[:'(]

Apparently not, there is a way around that (un-official). I can't remember who the forum member was, but they were mentioned as knowing a way around the limitation of only 1 master.

I have just looked in to the AV7000 it will not work as a master on the link system. more like a link product.

so if you set your BS9000 in option 5 or 6, you can play from the BC9500 all the way around. note that your ML link rooms only can play from the BC9500 from now on...

Maybe the BC can go in to option 5, you can test it whit the remote to see if it's possible...
