One IR-Eye for two devices - possible ?

    Hi all,

as I have two devices which need an IR-Eye I thought about if it's possible to use one IR-Eye with a y-splitter.

One device which should be controlled is a Lintronic -238 box and the other is my diy Beomedia. The Beomedia needs an IR-Eye as I don't have a B&O video master.

I think someone asked this before here on the forum, but I couldn't find the answer if it's possible or not.

    Can you help ?

    Regards

    Martin

Same topic , I have often wondered if it can be split again so you have three , how many times can you do this ? Suppose it depends how powerful the feed is , obviously all fire at the same time but only the targeted device understands the flash ?

IF you have two boxes firing at the same time, no device will recognize the command. You will need to use timer control to have one command beeing fired after the other.
