Hi

ive used Martins great kit and replaced all the caps as per instructions. The only issue now appears on cueing the arm. Pressing play moves the arm to the correct position but it wont lower. It lowers if you move it on manually a few mm withe the << key and works perfectly??

Any ideas?

I'm working on refurbishing an 8002 and have the same problem.  Waiting to get a cap kit from Martin and hope this will solve these problems.  How many caps did you replace?  I have already reworked almost all of the PCB connection.  I just finished a CD50 yesterday.
