    is it possible to update a beo5 to beo6?

    Yes it is.

    If a Beo5 gets a faulty screen, the screens are no longer made, so B&O produced a kit to upgrade it to a Beo6

    Yes, you do have WiFi once the new firmware is downloaded into it by your dealer

    In my neck of the woods the cost was so high, that trading in the old Beo5 for a new Beo6 turned out to be a better deal. Check with your dealer (if the workshop charge you by the hour for the repair you are better off getting a new one IMHO).
