    Beosound 4 sd card

    Can anyone confirm excactly the type and size of sd card that i can use in my beosound 4 ?

    Depends on software version - early one 2gb, after sw update or sw + eprom update 8gb shdc

    I always try to operate using/following the KISS principle --  Keep it simple stupid!

    Just tried a 4gb sdhc in mine its no good. Is the upgrade possible on the 2gb versions?

    Yes, later 2gb units only need swoftware upgrading, earlier units need a chip upgrade as well - the type of upgrade is dictated by the serial number, your dealer should be able to sort it out - sw upgrade takes about 15 mins

    Thanks mate, called B&O Glasgow and it needs both done, someone is coming tommorow to do it at my home, 1st time i have used the B&O shop in Glasgow and very impressed with the service.!
