    Looks absolutely stunning Paolo! Congratulations!

I can recommend complementing your setup with a BL11. I did so and I´m very happy with the dept the BL11 adds to the sound.

    Very cool !

Hiort, i think to add a BL11 to my stand alone BV10-40.

I search for a more punchy sound with "well-controlled" bass (don't want a boomy effect) for blu-ray music live for instance.

Does it do the job ?

Re: Beovision 10 Black high gloss Polished aluminium

My BV10-46 should be installed tomorrow, along with the red (and orange) fret. Looking forward to it.

The all-black BV10 looks ace though.

    Thank you guys!!

Actually I have been considering the beolab11 for months. Maybe in the next future...

Now I am also thinking of the beolab 12. I think they would look and sound great next to my bv10...

    Wonderful !!

I think you should also post it on the "Flash my B&O" thread so it can be enjoyed over and over again

First B&O (1976) was a Beogram 1500 ... latest (2011) change has been to couple the BL11 with the BL6Ks *sounds superb*

It certainly does exactly that. You can adjust the bass from the BV speakers as well as for the BL11 individually, so that it suits your taste. As I mentioned, I´m very happy with my setup.

You are convincing me but before purchasing the BL11, I would like to listen to the BL12-3.

Here's a very rough-and-ready iPhone photo of my newly installed BV10-46. Ignore the image, it was a concert in HD that was on when taking the shot:

Yep, I had reservations at first. Looks really low. But when you're on the sofa, it's the perfection position.

Only snag is, the easel stand leaves the BV10 on an angle which I'm not used to. It's going to take some time to get used to that!

Got a black and orange grill, plus an orange grill for the BS8!

Hey moxxey, i'm liking your new tv looks beautiful. How you finding the picture quality in comparison to the bv7 you had?

moxxey, would you mind taking a picture of the back of it, when you have time, and post it?

    Thanks.

Re: Beovision 10 Black high gloss Polished aluminium

Some feedback on the BV10-46 after owning a BV7-40 for the last four years.

Picture is *better* than my BV7-40 MKIV. So much for the "Beosystem 3 improves the image" theory most people like to throw around (probably to justify the cost of the BS3). I guess the panel is newer and it's a 200Hz panel, which helps when watching sport in HD. Definitely a step up from the BV7-40 though.

Sound is reasonable. Not as bad as some people have made out. It's no way near the level of my outgoing 7.2, but it's more rounded than a top-of-the-range Samsung! But it is lacking for B&O speakers.

Love the red grill and the BV10 design. Easel stand makes it look really classy. Just got to get used to the angle!

Re: Beovision 10 Black high gloss Polished aluminium

One thing I noticed this morning (now it's light!), the easel stand feet are not a wise choice for people with wooden floors. The TV is so heavy that they sink in to the floor. Oops. Did B&O really need to make it this heavy? I barely can move it.

Moxxey, this means I should have avoided anyway, as I have a wooden floor as well.

Can you take a picture of the stand?
